Our family has lived in the same house since1977. We modified the builder's plans and included lots of special features that were important to us. Consequently we never felt the need to move. Now that we are older, we decided to downsize into a senior retirement community. We suddenly, after 46 years, needed to find a realtor and sell our house. We asked trusted friends and neighbors whom they would recommend as a realtor and they came up with a few outstanding candidates. We invited them to our home and asked them about marketing our house. She was organized and brought us information about houses for sale in our neighborhood, She described how she marketed houses, how she protected our keys and made useful suggestions on how to present our house. She helped us come up with a realistic price for our house. She created a beautiful brochure of our house using professional photographers. Our house never looked so good! She never revealed personal information about her other clients. She always took her responsibilities seriously. She acted as a good go- between us and the buyers. She was always available when we needed her. She was friendly, personable and respectful of our needs.

Shane was the ideal realtor. He was understanding and flexible with mine and my husbands schedules, he made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, and he really took the time to listen to our wants and desires in a home. Shane was always available through text or call to answer all of our questions, (which we had ALOT as first time home buyers). Neither of us are from AZ so it was amazing to hear his input in pros and cons of different properties on locations, layout, etc. It also felt like he was always looking out for us in terms of following up with inspectors and the seller and always keeping us up to date the minute he had news. From the first meeting with Shane he made us feel comfortable and confident that he had our best interests and not just trying to convince us into getting him the biggest paycheck. Even now after closing on the house we had a little mishap/ question and Shane was still willing to come out to take a look and help us, luckily we didn't need him to but that is undeniably the best service I have ever had. 5 stars, amazing amazing service. We are so happy we had Shane as our realtor and will DEFINITELY use him to purchase any other properties in the future.
